Consider this your pep talk, reminding you that you are not "just" a nurse. You are a mother, daughter, sister, husband, brother, painter, baker, skater, runner, book nerd, movie buff...you are HUMAN. This profession is not your identity. We talk about this often, but let's talk about what you can do to take ACTION to prioritize yourself, highlight your humanity, and celebrate the pieces of yourself that are OUTSIDE of the hospital.
