Welcome back to Wellness Wednesdays! 

Have you ever felt completely overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious to the point that you couldn't move forward? That level of paralysis can be hard to move past, and can take over entire days. As nurses, we often take on WAY TOO MUCH at work and at home, which can build up over time until we can no longer function through the stress. This week we chat about 3 tangible methods that you can use this week to reset your nervous system, and mobilize your energy so that you can move through an anxious state.
