This week we chat all thing nurse retention contracts, including how best to understand them, questions to ask your manager, and options to protect yourself if you ever choose to break your contract! These contracts are being offered around the country in an attempt to retain staff in a world where there has been a mass exodus of healthcare workers. But we really should understand these contracts well before jumping in. So lets chat about it!
